Extreme Makeover - Orphanage Edition
So today, we had an awesome opportunity to transform two rooms in the orphanage. One Room was a storage room the other the playroom. We cleaned and painted the walls with a pretty pink paint. Also a group of women painted pictures of flowers, a rainbow and a tree in the playroom to brighten it up. We also put down new playmats for the kiddies to roll around on and set up 10 new child hanging playthings for the kids. The orphanage directors and the nannies were really excited about the changes. Hi... My wife and I adopted one of the little girls that was there when you were. It is so cool to see her in some of these pictures! Thanks. Todd
Our Daugther appears in the second picture. She was rounding 8 months old then. Today, she is 17 years old, and tomorrow will be her high school graduation party. This is a nice memory for me... It seems to be like yesterday when we traveled to meet her in Chongqing and come back home in Madrid, Spain.
